Kaizen Muse Creativity Coaching®
Creativity. It’s as natural as breathing, and yet the gift of creativity can easily get lost in the day-to-day shuffle.
You know how it can go. Fabulous ideas come to you. The creative juices are flowing. You just have to get one more little thing done before you can start. Laundry, dishes, the expense reports, packing school lunches, one more email … all important life-stuff details. And then next thing you know, it’s months or years later and the ideas are still floating around … the photos are still waiting to be captured … the journal is gathering dust … the painting is still waiting to be painted. I’ve been there, done that. I understand. And I’ve learned something new. Something that has helped give me the joy of starting that blog, writing those stories, creating those books, and making the time and space to create the art that makes my heart dance.
I’m so happy to have found a way that resonates and shimmies with creative satisfaction. A way to move beyond the overwhelm, procrastination, perfectionism, doubts, and fears that can hold anyone back. And a way that honors your creative urgings and energizes your whole life with its joys and fulfillment.
I’m so excited about this. As a busy (twirling!) graphic designer/writer/editor/marketing consultant/wife/mom/mixed-media artist, Creativity Coaching helped me re-imagine and renew my own myriad passions, and act on my inspirations. I’d love to help you dance a new dance with your creativity—and find the time and space for the life-enhancing, playful, world-changing, and empowering creative freedoms you were meant to enjoy on a regular basis.
My guidance is based on the Kaizen Muse ™ Creativity Coaching method. Kaizen is a Japanese word that means “continuous improvement with small steps”. A Muse is a bearer of creative inspiration—someone who helps enliven and encourages all your creative work (and play!) with more fun. Kaizen Muse™ Creativity Coaching was founded by author/illustrator/speaker/workshop leader Jill Badonsky, M.Ed., with added elements from Dr. Robert Maurer and his book, One Small Step Can Change Your Life: The Kaizen Way.
Clients from all over the world enjoy creativity coaching sessions, which are held on the telephone, in complete privacy, and scheduled at a time that works comfortably for you. Schedule an introductory call today. I look forward to answering any questions and sharing my experience and insights about how this method of coaching works in all areas of life—and especially in helping your creative dreams find new zing!
